Meet the Class of 2027

An impressive group of 201 newly minted medical students have taken the first step in their journey to transform lives and serve our global community. The Class of 2027, carefully selected from a group of more than 10,000 applicants, recently came together on the Miller School campus from 24 states across the U.S. Over the next four years — or three years for the students in our three-year M.D. program — these aspiring physicians will acquire a comprehensive understanding of medicine, from the fundamentals of biology to the intricacies of clinical care delivery. And through the NextGenMD curriculum, they’ll learn how to tackle health care’s most complex challenges while recognizing and meeting the diverse needs of each patient.
